The cicada is a powerful symbol, representing transformation and transcendence. They begin their journey as wingless nymphs, shed their exterior shells, and emerge anew with wings ready to fly. The cicada reminds us to be aware of the aspects of our lives that no longer fit, and must be shed away so that we too can find new opportunities and perspectives.

This design was featured on the reading cloth that was part of the first Forager's Daughter Tarot project campaign. Now it is a beautiful screen-printed image on heavy archival paper. There are two color options: Metallic gold ink on black paper or black ink on white paper. The size is 18 x 18 inches and ready to be framed.

Prints are shipped in a mailing tube, with a protective glassine layer.
