Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received barring any damages. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any other associated fees. Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned in poor condition.
Please note that refunds are not available for digital goods or services like tarot consultations. If you have issues with these items please reach out to me as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within two days after purchase and will receive a refund. Any cancellations after this period are not guaranteed a refund. If a customer cancels an order after it is shipped they will need to return the item within the 14 day window of delivery to receive a refund.
Damaged Items
Items will only be replaced in the event that they arrive damaged. Please contact me as soon as you receive the damaged item and we will discuss steps to initiate a replacement. I hold the right to ask for documentation of any damaged goods.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact me within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will discuss possible options at that time. Refunds are not guaranteed for lost packages, but I’ll do my best to work out a resolution with you!
If a package is never marked delivered but remains ‘in transit’ or otherwise lost within the mail system for more than 30 days after its pickup date, please contact me and we will work to reach out to USPS and start a claim for missing mail. Resolution for these cases will be determined on an individual basis.
Sales and Discounts
Any promo codes, discounts, or sales must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts and sales will not be applied retroactively to past orders.
